To first extract the steel from the earth you need to mine it, from minerals etc. then you have to melt it down to get steel bars which can then be used to create millions of different things, then after it has been used, it is scrapped which then goes to the scrap yard, which is then re-melted down and turned into steel bars again, and this cycle will continue and the steel wont ever be less of the quality it already was.
Things Made of Steel:
1-Chain Link Fences
2-Phones/Tablets
3-Car Body/Other Car Parts
4-Planes/Jets
5-Roading

Every Time a company goes to create steel, then need steel, so every steel manufacturing plant is also a steel recycling plant, Steel is the #1 most recycled metal or material in the world since the quality of steel does not downgrade.
1-The recycling rate of steel depends on the end-use, but on average around 85% of steel, at the end of it’s first useful life, is recycled
2-Over 99% of steel from scrap cars is recycled
3-A UK study showed that 94% of steel is recycled when a building is demolished
4-99% of structural steel is recycled or re-used when a building is demolished
5-In Europe, over 70% of steel packaging is recycled, which is far more than any other packaging material

I learned that Steel is the most recycled material in the world and that it has a huge variety of uses, also I did not know that roads had steel in them. Steel is used in used in the construction and stabilization of Buildings, The body of cars and even in planes, steel is a very useful resource we cannot at this time, live without it, you could say its humanities infrastructure now that we rely on so many objects and housing and buildings of business, we couldn't just loose this very valuable resource.
